都好，2樓有家日式料理，物美價廉非常值得推薦，出門斜對面就是兼六園，美術館也在旁，走路即可到達，附近有巴士到金澤站方便的

Truly an amazing place. Super clean, plush and fantastic service. Food was excellent and truly can’t express how great the service was from start to finish.

Brilliant boutique hotel with truly kind and amazing staff.  Only 15 rooms but the staff truly outsize the hotel in terms of what would wow me.  They really make you feel very comfortable and safe.  Great location to visit Kenrokuen!

AO is an excellent boutique hotel. Has only 15 rooms but big on service! Our flight was cancelled and we couldn’t get to AO till 2 days later and they refunded the two days without fuss. More importantly the staff were all very kind and genuine and went all out to make our stay comfortable. Specifically, I am traveling with my 87 year old sister who needs a wheelchair and cannot do steps.  In their room, the bedroom area to the toilet area where the walk in shower and toilet is - has a step and in the middle of the night it would have been difficult and a 訂房網站 hazard.  The staff upon understanding our needs, took initiative to make a modified lower step to make it easier to get up to the bathroom area - complete with non slip mat! We found this when we returned after dinner! I have not experienced this in any hotels that I have stayed in before and I must truly say that this really scores very high on their willingness to make our stay as memorable as possible and indeed they have.  Its a really great boutique hotel.  Do note that the hotel is literally sited at the corner of a traffic intersection and when we were there with the snow … you cannot access the main entrance directly and have to be a little past the traffic junction corner, so those on wheelchair or mobility will need to note. Breakfast was great be it the western or Japanese option.  I will certainly return!
